Griffin Wooden is not just an endurance coach; he’s a dedicated partner in your athletic journey and hellbent on transformation.

 

His passion for endurance sports ignited when he became an IRONMAN finisher before graduating high school. Since then, he’s spent over a decade competing in triathlons, ultramarathons, and other endurance events while helping others do the same. 

He loves helping athletes crush their goals while finding joy and fun with their endurance training.
